| Rabbit anti MORF4 antibodyrecognizes human Mortality Factor 4 (MORF4), known also as SEN1 and cellular senescence-related protein 1.MORF4 is a nuclear localized protein possessing transcription factor-like motifs such as helix-loop-helix and a leucine zipper motif that are believed to allow it to form transcriptionally active homo- or heterodimers. MORF4 has been shown to bind to the transcription co-repressors mSin3A and TLE, suggesting that together, these complexes may play a role in transcriptional repression of genes that lead to cellular senescence. |

| This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed.
