| Use StarBright Blue 520 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG for ultra-sensitive detection of proteins by fluorescence western blotting. This secondary antibody is ideal for use in multiplex blotting, eliminating the need for stripping and reprobing, or cutting blots. StarBright Blue 520 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG is optimized for use with the ChemiDoc™ MP Imaging System, permitting detection of up to three proteins in a single blot.The StarBright Fluorophore is composed of multiple monomers that each absorb and emit light, giving a manifold brighter image than other green emission fluorophores like the Alexa Fluor 488 or the DyLight 488. StarBright Blue 520 has an Exmaxof 440 nm and Emmaxat 520 nm. |
