| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human TET2 with Quasar 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect TET2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Design Criteria: Product was designed against tet methylcytosine dioxygenase 2 TET2 a.k.a. MDS; KIAA1546 (NCBI gene ID:54790) and nucleotides 359-3813 of NM_017628.4 . This is an inclusive probe set design to detect the following variants: NM_017628, NM_001127208, XM_005263082, XM_006714242, XM_006714243, XR_244633, XR_244634, XR_427546, and XR_427547. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
