靶标信息
The betaIII-tubulin isoform is present dominantly in cells of neuronal origin and it is one of the earliest markers of neuronal differentiation. It is regarded as a specific probe for the cells of neuronal origin as well as for the tumours originating from these cells. The betaIII-tubulin is most abundant in cells of neuronal origin, but was also detected in Sertoli cells of the testis and transiently in non-neuronal embryonic tissues.

| Beta III Tubulin Antibody (PA5-85884) in WB Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extract (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), SH-SY5Y (Lane2), and PC-12 (Lane 3). The blot was probed with Anti-Beta III Tubulin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85884, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 52 kDa band corresponding to Beta III Tubulin was detected in all cell lines tested. Beta III Tubulin Antibody (PA5-85884) in WB Western blot analysis of Beta III Tubulin in PC-12 (1) and Hela (2) cell lysate using a Beta III Tubulin Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85884) at a dilution of 1:2,000. |
