| Exo-Minus Klenow DNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent DNA polymerase that lacks both of the 5′→3′ and 3′→5′ exonuclease activities of E. coli DNA Polymerase I from which it is derived. This N-terminal truncation of DNA Polymerase I has two mutations (D355A and E357A). Exo-Minus Klenow DNA聚合酶是一种DNA依赖性DNA聚合酶，缺乏其所来源的大肠杆菌DNA聚合酶Ⅰ的5’→3’和3’→5’核酸外切酶活性。N-末端截断的DNA聚合酶Ⅰ也有两个突变（D355A和E357A）。 |
