| RNase-Free DNase I is an endonuclease that efficiently hydrolyzes double- (ds) or singlestranded DNA to a mixture of short oligo- and mononucleotides. In the presence of Mg2+, cleavage of each strand of a dsDNA substrate proceeds independently.1 In contrast, in the presence of Mn2+, the enzyme cleaves both strands of DNA at approximately the same site to generate molecules with blunt ends or 1- or 2-base overhangs1 that can be blunted with T4 DNA Polymerase.无RNase酶的DNaseⅠ(来自牛胰腺)是一种内切核酸酶，可用于去除可能干扰RNA的鉴定、操作或使用的DNA，或用于需要高度纯化的DNaseⅠ的任何应用，例如切口平移。该酶有效地将dsDNA和ssDNA水解为短寡核苷酸和单核苷酸的混合物。 |
