靶标信息This gene encodes a member of the GATA family of zinc-finger transcription factors that are named for the consensus nucleotide sequence they bind in the promoter regions of target genes. GATA6 is thought to be important for regulating terminal differentiation and/or proliferation and plays a critical role in endoderm development.

GATA6 Antibody (MA5-24897) in ICC Immunofluorescent analysis of GATA6 in COS7 cells. Cells were transfected with a plasmid overexpressing GATA6 and probed with a GATA6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24897). GATA6 Antibody (MA5-24897) in IHC (P) Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded carcinoma of human lung tissue. To expose target proteins, 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100°C for 10min was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a GATA6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24897).
