在Matrigel基质上培养的hES细胞具有以下特点：

- 维持正常的染色体组型；- 表现稳定的增殖率和高端粒酶活性；- 表达特征性的未分化hES细胞标记物；- 在小鼠体内可分化成三胚层细胞
