| Stellaris FISH Probes, Human EEF2_intron with CAL Fluor Red 610 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect EEF2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against eukaryotic translation elongation factor 2 EEF2 a.k.a. EF2; EF-2; EEF-2; SCA26 (NCBI gene ID:1938) and nucleotides c3985377-3984351, c3984135-3983292, c3983109-3983019, c3982806-3982425, c3982245-3982053, c3981946-3981453, c3981338-3980980, c3980840-3980710, c3980513-3980067, c3979813-3979437, c3979328-3978173, c3977818-3977611, c3977427-3977348 of NC_000019.9. This is an inclusive probe set designed to detect all known EEF2 pre-mRNAs. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
