Design Criteria: Product was designed against cyclin-dependent kinase 6 CDK6 a.k.a. MCPH12; PLSTIRE (NCBI gene ID:1021) and nucleotides 46-4785 of NM_001259.6. This is an inclusive probe set designed to detect the following variants:
NM_001259.6, NM_001145306.1, XM_011515731.1, XM_006715835.1, and partly the poorly supported XM_006715836.1. The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species. |
