| The InstantOne™ ELISA is specifically engineered for accurate measurement of total human and mouse p70 S6K in cell lysates. Detection of rat p70 S6K is expected. The InstantOne™ ELISA kit allows for fast analysis of samples in approximately one hour. The kinase activity of p70 S6 kinase leads to an increase in protein synthesis and cell proliferation.
