Just tip and drip two drops per mL buffer to stain your cells. 靶标信息Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with a pooled population of immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified and modified (i.e. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to generate highly specific reagents.

Mouse IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody (R37120) in IF CAKI cells were fixed, permeabilized and blocked using the Image-iT Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (Product # R37602). Mitochondria are labeled with mouse anti-ATP synthase subunit IF1 monoclonal antibody (Product # A-21355) and detected with ReadyProbes™ Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody (Product # R37120). Nuclei were stained with NucBlue Fixed (Product # R37606) and actin was visualized with ActinRed (Product # R37112). Mouse IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody (R37120) in ICC Immunofluorescent analysis of HIF-1 alpha (green) in A549 cells either left untreated (left panel) or treated with 100uM desferrioxamine (DFX) for ~16 hours (right panel). The cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde for 15 min at room temp, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 15 minutes at room temperature and blocked with 0.3% BSA for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with a HIF-1 alpha monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-516) at a dilution of 1:100 overnight at 4C, washed with PBS, and incubated with an Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (Product # R37120) at a dilution of 1:500 for 2 hours at room temperature. F-actin (red) was stained with Alexa Fluor 647 Phalloidin (Product # A22287) and nuclei (blue) were stained with DAPI (Product # P-36931). Images were taken on a Zeiss LSM 710 confocal microscope.
