The encoded protein translocates cargo through the nuclear pore complex in a RanGTP-dependent process (provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011).Rabbit anti Human exportin-5 antibody detects a band of 136 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
