| Goat anti Human GRP94 antibodyrecognizes GRP94 a 94 kDa glucose regulated protein (GRP94), also known as tumor rejection antigen 1 (TRA1), heat shock protein 90 kDa beta member 1 (HSP90B1) and endoplasmin. GRP94 is an endoplasmic reticulum resident molecular chaperone, which is a paralog of cytoplasmic hsp90. GRP94 assists in the folding of membrane-bound proteins including the toll-like receptors, certain subclasses of integrins and some secreted proteins such as IgG.Goat anti Human GRP94 detects GRP94 as a band of 100 kDa in a wide range of human cell line lysates tested. Cross reactivity with rodent cell lines is also observed. |
