| Rabbit F(ab')2anti Mouse IgG antibodyrecognizes all subclasses of mouse IgG. Cross reactivity with rat IgG is expected. Cross reactivity with human serum proteins has been minimised by solid phase adsorbtion.STAR8B is suitable as a bridge in a PAP / APAAP complex. Peroxidase anti-Peroxidase (PAP) complexes are formed by antibodies raised towards Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP), binding to HRP molecules. Such complexes are used as signal amplification reagents in immunochemical staining techniques. It must be emphasised that the primary antibody must be raised in the same species as the antibodies used to form the PAP complex, so that a secondary "linker" antibody can be used to "bridge" the primary antibody to the PAP complex. |

| This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. |
