| Hamster anti Mouse CD27 antibody, clone LG.3A10recognizes mouse, rat and human CD27, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. It is expressed in the thymus and spleen, but not in non-lymphoid tissues. CD27 acts as a ligand for CD70, which is expressed in T and B cells, and acts as a co-stimulatory signal in lymphocyte proliferation and immunoglobulin production.CD27 lacks a death domain in its short cytoplasmic tail, but can induce apoptosis by binding with the apoptosis regulatory protein Siva (also known as CD27-binding protein). |

| This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. |
