| Rabbit anti ACK1 antibodyrecognizes activated Cdc42 kinase 1 (ACK1), also known as TNK2 or tyrosine kinase non-receptor protein 2. ACK1 is a ubiquitously expressed non-receptor tyrosine kinase involved in multiple processes including cell growth, proliferation and cell migration. ACK1 is activated in response to extracellular signals (such as growth factors) via interaction with membrane bound receptor tyrosine kinases. |
