| Rabbit anti Human non-neuronal enolase polyclonal antibodyrecognises human non-neuronal enolase, also known as alpha enolase or enolase 1. Rabbit anti non-neuronal enolase demostrates less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with neuron-specific enolase.Non-neuronal enolase is a glycolytic enzyme composed of homodimeric alpha enolase subunits and is expressed in most human tissues. The gene coding for the 48 kDa form of non-neuronal enolase also codes for a shorter 37 kDa isoform, myc-binding protein 1 (MBP-1) lacking the N-terminal 93 amino acids of non-neuronal enolase. |

| This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. |
