Econo-Pac 层析柱是高 14 cm、1.5 x 12 cm 大小的聚丙烯柱，配有流液转换接头或用于重力流层析。当开柱工作时，特制的顶部柱床介质能防止柱床变干。柱床体积约1-20 ml。层析柱可高压灭菌并保留细小颗粒。
