Description: This polyclonal F(ab')2 fragment recognizes human IgM and IgG. Reactivity to bovine has been removed. This polyclonal antibody can be used to crosslink and activate B lymphocytes.Applications Reported: This polyclonal F(ab')2 Goat Anti-Human IgM+IgG Functinoal Grade Purified has been reported for use in functional assays (such as B cell activation). Human IgG, IgM (H+L) Secondary Antibody (16-5099-85) in FlowNormal human peripheral blood cells were unstimulated (left) or stimulated with 10 µg/mL of F (ab')2 Anti-Human IgM+IgG Functional Grade Purified (right) for 24 hours.Cells were surface stained with Anti-Human CD19 APC (Product # 17-0199-42) and Anti-Human CD69 PE (Product # 12-0699-42).Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
