Bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells. MitoFluor™ Far Red 680, LysoTracker® Green DND-26 and Hoechst 33342.

Live bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells were incubated simultaneously with MitoFluor™ Far Red 680 (Cat. no. M22423), LysoTracker® Green DND-26 (Cat. no. L7526) and Hoechst 33342 (Cat. no. H1399, H3570, H21492). MitoFluor™ Far Red 680 accumulated in mitochondria, and its fluorescence (emission maximum ?700 nm) was pseudocolored red. Green-fluorescent LysoTracker® Green dye accumulated in the lysosomes, and blue-fluorescent Hoechst 33342 dye stained the nuclei. The multiple-exposure image was acquired with filters appropriate for fluorescein, DAPI and MitoFluor™ Far Red dye.
