| Stellaris FISH Probes, GFP with CAL Fluor Red 610 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions. Designed to detect GFP transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria: Product was designed against Green Fluorescent Protein GFP a.k.a. wtGFP, GFPs65t (NCBI gene ID:) and nucleotides 1110-1823 of GQ334691.1.
