产品详细信息描述：单克隆抗体r2a-21B2识别大鼠IgG2a抗体，可用作流式细胞术和显微镜检查的第二步试剂。单克隆不能识别其他大鼠同种型，也不能与小鼠IgG2a或任何小鼠同型抗体发生交叉反应。报告的应用：该r2a-21B2抗体已被报道用于流式细胞术分析，福尔马林固定石蜡包埋的组织切片的免疫组织化学染色以及免疫细胞化学。已测试的应用：已使用大鼠IgG2a一抗通过流式细胞仪分析和免疫组化法对该r2a-21B2抗体进行了测试。对于流式细胞术，每次测试可使用小于或等于0.5 µg的浓度，对于IHC，可使用10 µg / mL的浓度。测试的定义是将以100 µL的最终体积对细胞样品染色的抗体量（µg）。细胞数应根据经验确定，但范围为10 ^ 5至10 ^ 8个细胞/测试。建议在目标分析中仔细滴定抗体以获得最佳性能。激发：488 nm；发射：520 nm;激光：蓝色激光。过滤：制造后0.2 µm过滤。靶标信息抗大鼠第二抗体是具有亲和力的抗体，对大鼠免疫球蛋白具有良好的特异性，可用于检测，分选或纯化其特定靶标。二抗提供了更多的多功能性，使用户能够使用许多检测系统（例如HRP，AP，荧光）。它们还可以通过信号放大来提供更高的灵敏度，因为多个二级抗体可以与单个一级抗体结合。最常见地，通过用来自靶物种的免疫球蛋白的汇集群体对宿主动物进行免疫来产生二抗，并且可以进一步纯化和修饰（即免疫亲和层析，抗体片段化，标记缀合等）以产生高度特异性的试剂。仅用于科研。不用于诊断过程。
