| Goat anti Human PEBP1 antibodyrecognizes phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 1 (PEBP1), also known as neuropolypeptide h3 and Raf kinase inhibitor protein (RKIP). PEBP1 binds ATP, opioids, phosphatidylethanolamine and is also a prostatic-binding protein. PEBP1 is also able to bind to RAF1 and MEK and competitively disrupt the interaction between these proteins. PEBP1 may also be involved in the function of the presynaptic cholinergic neurons of the central nervous system.Goat anti Human PEBP1 antibody detects PEBP1 as a single band of 21 kDa in a wide range of human cell line lysates. Cross reactivity with rodent cell lines is also observed. |
