产品详细信息PA1-28555 detects Mouse IgG from mouse samples.靶标信息Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Most commonly, secondaryantibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with a pooled population of immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified and modified (i.e. immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation, etc.) to generate highly specific reagents.

Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody (PA1-28555) in WBWestern blot detection of mouse IgG in 100 ng per lane of (lane 1) mouse IgG compared to a control with no antibody (lane 2) using a mouse IgG polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-28555) at a dilution of 1:1000 overnight at 4°C. Secondary detection was performed using a DyLight 800 goat secondary antibody at 1:20,000 for 30 min at room temperature. Samples were blocked for 30 min at room temperature. Predicted/Obsevered Size: 28 and 55 kDa/28 and 55 kDa for mouse IgG.
