| Human SIRP-gamma quantitates human SIRP-gamma in serum, plasma, supernatant. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant human SIRP-gamma.人SIRP-γ定量分析血清，血浆，上清液中的人SIRP-γ。 该检测试剂盒将只识别天然和重组人SIRP-γ。Target information 靶标信息SIRP gamma (CD172g) recognizes a 55 kDa signal regulatory protein which is a member of the immunoglobulin gene superfamily. SIRP gamma is expressed on most T lymphocytes and a subset of B-cells but is absent on myeloid cells. CD172g has a truncated cytoplasmic tail, which is similar to SIRP beta, but unlike SIRP beta CD172g does not require DAP12 for expression at the cell surface. CD172g, like SIRP alpha, binds to CD47 inducing apoptosis.
