beta-3 Tubulin Antibody (MA1-20247) in WB Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Brain (Lane 1) and Rat Brain (Lane 2). The blot was probed with Anti-beta-3 Tubulin Monoclonal Antibody (ONS.1A6) (Product # MA1-20247, 1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A28175, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 52 kDa band corresponding to beta-3 Tubulin was detected in Mouse and Rat Brain. beta-3 Tubulin Antibody (MA1-20247) Antibody specificity was demonstrated by showing that antibodies raised against the same target protein perform similarly. Western blot of beta-3 Tubulin using anti-beta-3 Tubulin Monoclonal Antibody (ONS.1A6) (Product # MA1-20247) along with another beta-3 Tubulin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-25655) shows similar expression of beta-3 Tubulin.
